Appointments are preferred to ensure personalized service, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

12. Do you offer repairs or resizing?
Yes, we can assist with resizing and minor repairs on jewelry purchased from us.

13. What if i cant make it to New York?
If you are unable to get to New York  we can supply an insured Express delivery airbill (prepaid by us) for you to ship the jewelry to us for evaluation and an offer.  You may reject or accept the offer and the payment will be by wire transfer the same day or the jewelry returned by express shipment the same day
